Bull and pig

Well i forgot who asked me to fold a bull... Was it tak tak or was it someone else... i remembered at least two person asked me to fold that... well forgot who... but i folded this bull... inspired and folded out from the base used by stephan weber... though the finishing is different... but aiyah... use wrong paper.. should use red paper, more fierce, red bull... haha
This one i quite confirmed its jasmine who ask me to fold it. Showed me a picture of a pig one fine day, tell me very cute... ask me to fold. Its a traditional design, so dunno who created it, but i added softer folds for the finishing to soften the edge, make it look less rigid.

This rat was folded some time back... long time no fold me favourite model of all times... so folded it, this is smaller than my last try...

Christmas mood...

Christmas is round the corner... not quite.. but soon no mood to do anything... will be spending my christmas overseas... Malaysia, by the beach in near Port Dickson... Drew something for my gf... hope she likes it... Cast all unhappiness aside... get ready for a brand new start... heh its the season to be jolly... lalalala...

Restless, papers are lying around, so got back to folding again... but dunno wat to fold, decided to fold turtles, after seeing the turtles Eileen folded for me, the mutated turtles that went bonkers from the radioactive ooze... haha did not turn into ninja turtles, only got deformed... LOL...

Also folded a rat, but this time challenged to fold it as small as possible, so I have decided, the rat is my favourite model... cute, comical, slightly challenging and technical folds, shaping and molding... this is my smallest yet, slightly shorter than my eraser, small enough to carry a Rocher rose... hehe

Folding and folding

Haven't been diligently updating this blog... been busy the past few weeks with work, ppl's wedding proj etc and of cos folding... haha
recently things haven't been going my way and the ppl around me dun seem to be around anymore... sadness... gotta forget all these... dad in trouble, mum injury, aunt's death, renunciation problem... and on top of all... school...!!!
burning out from studying.. just wanna grad, dun feel like mugging anymore, live happy man...
the other time, i was bored, so decided fold... some of the things during the "blue period" to cheer myself up

Yah meanwhile... working on ginger's sister's (Hazel's) wedding... placed an order of 80-99 roses... see how things go... working hard... currently at 47 mark... after that will be lilies... hmmph.. should really ask them to pay me for that, haha... but ok la hope they return the favour when its my turn.
Meanwhile... meanwhile... amidst all that, QQ requested a tiger from me, hmmm looked around, no decent ones, less the one by the legendary Satoshi Kamiya. Its actually the Smiledon model but with a few changes to make it more "tigerry"... free chocolates for my effort...

i think i should take a break from folding for a while... school's coming in thick and fast, gotta get back to work... no more fooling around. Serious work Bongs... but need to finish the roses first... see how things go...

I'm Ding Dong Bongs...

Finished my land of bunnies yesterday night, made a section (where the base is a heart shape) specially for Gin Gin's birthday. But they looked pretty cute together haha... Made so many things for her birthday... Waiting for her to come back, but unfortunately she'll be back only after I fly off to China for attachment... but its ok... I'll leave it with her brother.
Must be wondering what else... Of course there will be flowers for her, haha, as a form of money saving (flowers don't come cheap), did roses as well, designed by some kawasaki guy. Made a few but thought it would be prettier and more intricate if it was a wee bit smaller, so I did another one which is so small I got a shock after I made it. Its like smaller than a 5 cent coin la. So excited...

Hands feel so itchy today so after reading a long case study, did something else haha, a rat... quite comical looking one, took me some time to actually figure out what the diagram is drawing (since the instructions are in some weird foreign language which I catch no ball)

Its designed by some french guy called Eric Joisel (http://www.origami.cz/Pdf/rata.pdf). Pretty neat design huh... Yep... for the next few days gotta start doing soe serious work already... been having so much fun...

Anyway will be meeting my wonderful group of friends (or groupmates rather) on Sunday for breakfast. Yep, this time will most probably be joining them for breakfast, since mum had an accident recently and broken her leg... :( No more 爱心早餐 for me ): Missing mum's cooking already... Get well soon mum...

Anyway gotta do some serious studying... No more fooling around Bongs!!!
