A "Back to the Future" Holiday

WOOOOOOO...!!!! Just came back from Malaysia... Shiok... Had a hell of a time. . Allow me to start from the beginning... I came to this place called Sungei Pelek, in Sepang which apparently is in Nilai and which is also apparently in Selangor and in this neighbouring country called Malaysia... Nothing too spectacular over there... its a very backward place and ppl there live a simple life... nothing too flashy, just TV, nothing to do go fly kite, go field kick ball, fishing or go seaside relax... wonderful getaway from Singapore, at least for me...

Its actually daddy's hometown, and he grew up there, been here a couple of times but did not really enjoy it until now... introducing my cute nephew, Elwyn, and his fluffy dog 小扁!!! can play with him and his dog the whole day, Elwyn really resembles me when i m young, curious with everything, so ended up teaching him origami and playing with his dog during spare time. He is one part of a twin but he is closer to me than his younger brother. Got so attached he almost wanted to come back to Singapore with me...
Elwyn tried to show me how he intends to train his dog how to walk, i found it so hilarious i got him to do it again on camera, but got stopped by his aunt, haiz... wasted... the initial demonstration got me rolling on the floor.

Other than Elwyn and 小扁, one other "attraction" was a trip to the beach, Dad showed me a thing or two about the beach and what they used to do when they were young. Catching fishes etc etc... feel so swakoo after that... suddenly feels dad is so super... haha, so i joked with him, that he can be a fisherman after retirement. Resting Manta...Jellyfish

it's guestblogger gingin today

Hi everyone. reporting today is guestblogger gingin, employed to blog for mr (im-so-talented-how?!) pinky while he goes to bath..

went to causeway point today after meeting pinky. decided to give munchy donut a try but really. its nowhere near donut factory... the donut is too soft, jus like a bread texture, while the filling was too wet and dun seem to set on top of the donut v well.. we were slightly disappointed but oh wells.... krispy kreme is the best. really.. wins even donut factory but donut factory is good enuf...

pinky did 2 horses last nite...

horse #1 aka the blue one was christened - chan, with fond resemblance to the namesake, fitty (rain) chan.

horse #2 aka the grey one is named horsey... cos... its a horse.

personally i tink this is better but cos its the 2nd time pinky is makin it so naturally its much more lifelike.

lastly, today he made a white horse for me... my 白马王子!!! haha

i didnt get a pic of jus the white horse alone, thou i took pics of the 3 horses together...
pretty rite... i like this pic... quite majestic in a sense... heh..

and then... pinky attempted to make gandalf from LOTR... last i heard (seen) its in recess.. its really tough and pinky said he is taking a break.. its tough to him. to me... it simply did not make any sense... sincerely.. its too difficult for me already but pinky is determined to conquer it... good luck!!! gingin will be jiayou-daqi-ing for u! by feeding u chips.. haha

after that... pinky proceeded to play the piano...

Christmas mood...

Christmas is round the corner... not quite.. but soon no mood to do anything... will be spending my christmas overseas... Malaysia, by the beach in near Port Dickson... Drew something for my gf... hope she likes it... Cast all unhappiness aside... get ready for a brand new start... heh its the season to be jolly... lalalala...

Restless, papers are lying around, so got back to folding again... but dunno wat to fold, decided to fold turtles, after seeing the turtles Eileen folded for me, the mutated turtles that went bonkers from the radioactive ooze... haha did not turn into ninja turtles, only got deformed... LOL...

Also folded a rat, but this time challenged to fold it as small as possible, so I have decided, the rat is my favourite model... cute, comical, slightly challenging and technical folds, shaping and molding... this is my smallest yet, slightly shorter than my eraser, small enough to carry a Rocher rose... hehe

Chanced upon an advanced model and decided to attempt it... super tough... with many layers... one of the toughest by far... but its ok... I'm not too bad myself...:P

Questions...

Is it more important to find someone you love or someone who loves u? Supposing you have a choice between two person,
1) someone you love, but does not love you as much, have a high chance of two timing...
2) someone you love less, but is absolutely in love with you...
What's your choice?

When a guy asks a girl out together with his friends, is the guy interested in the girl? What are the chances?

Conversely if a girl asks a guy out with her friends, is the girl interested in the guy?

There is such a large difference in perception... guys have a very bad name... haha... thats why I feels its easier being a girl... no wonder they call guys 男人 （难人）...

Decided to stay at home today, gin gin meeting lun go out... throw me alone *sobs* (hope u are reading this gin...) so wake up early morning, decided to be mama's boy once more, cos past few days go out, house getting messy... pretty efficient today, vacuum floor, tidy bedroom, packed cupboard, clear up my table (aka workstation) tidy computer table, mop floor, whipped up lunch... all in good time, just before mum comes back...

After that dunno what to do so, play piano, went online and chat then make flowers... whole day, while watching Narnia again... got some new stunts, some new creations...

Found a new love... Rubic's cube, super fun super amazing how to solve... learnt it online... various tutorials teaching you how, describing the various algorithms involved... everyone should give it a try...

Get enchanted...

These few days have been hectic... packed with activities... wow pinky is for once busy duh... haha but busy going out and enjoying myself, went to watch enchanted a couple of days back fantastic show, classical Disney filmed into life. There is a fusion of a couple of Disney cartoons, like Sleeping beauty, Cinderella, Snow White and a couple more la... Nice song, entertaining script haha a little fairy tale (with the happily ever after) with some humour. Look out for Pip.. favourite character of the show... haha super funny especially when he is acting... super cute.

But these few days go out leg still aching like hell... whole body also aching but recovering well la... spent the nite drawing and folding as per usual... still cannot find my past 功力 but still err... can la.. haha

Standard Chartered Marathon

Almost died in that stupid marathon... pay to suffer... legs killing me... haha i think i will be in the bed for the next couple of days...

The run was ok for the first 21 km but when everything starts coming in.. cramps stitches... woohoo in for a time of your life, its worst than anything i've ever done. But its already past the mid point and everything is in good time its probably very stupid to give up... haha, maybe cos i have not conditioned my body enough...

But finishing the race is quite an achievement by itself... FOR PRIDE AND HONOUR!!!!

Ok... Lateral thinking question again.
There are 10 bottle of similar looking pills, each contains vitamins except for one that contain poison. Each vitamin pill weighs 1g while the poisonous pill weighs 0.1g more. Assuming you do not know how many pills each individual bottle holds and u cannot tell the difference in weight between all the bottles. There is an electronic scale which you can only use once, it will only give you one reading. How can you tell which bottle contains poisonous pills with only one use of the weighing scale?

Red Devil and something to think about

Attempted Devil by Jun Maekawa... its an indication of an advanced folder... tough model...but handled it relatively well... super detailed model, it even has fingers and tongue...
















Anyway here is one problem for those with nothing to do to think...
A tank is 30cm x 30cm x 30cm, completely filled with water. There is another perfect cube, 10cm x 10cm x 10cm. How can one fill exactly half the cube with no other equipments whatsoever... Think out of the box... haha
